Message from Karyn
It's officially three weeks (and one day) since the surgery. I feel
like I am turning a corner in strength and lucidity which is very
exciting for me. I intend to continue to feel better at this rate and
I feel like I can conquer anything (six more weeks of treatments
included). Our good news is that the doctors have determined that I
will be going home on February 27th at 2pm, which is one month after
going into Marin General for my "sinus headache".
Julian is (in true Julian form) educating himself about alternative
medicinal treatments, nutritionists and other mind-body therapies. I
know there is something in these alternative treatments that will
work for me.
We appreciate everyones enthusiasm and input and we will check back
soon....
Bye everyone and eat well!
Love,
~Karyn (as transcribed Julian)

Sweetie, I think of you each day (I've got "Karynwell" as my password - so I've got no sodding choise ...) Hee Hee - seriously sweetie, I'm so proud of you and the amazing progress you are making .. as I'm writing this the song "aint no mountain high enough" came on the radio - that's a sign that means you are so going to beat this - Jules, your last message really moved me, your incredible love for karyn is shining out so strong, stonger that ever before - thanks for being such an incredible amazing strong capable person. I send out Love to you both and thanks for the constant updates .. it means a lot for us europeans cos we feel so frustratingly damn far away! Hugs and sloppy kisses, Alisony.
Karyn, its so good to see your post and hear that you are doing much better. I know you will continue to get stronger and stronger, and soon you will be home. There's much to be said about the power within your home; a safe place full of love, support and happiness. Right about now you're going into radiation therapy (mantra time!), which may kill the cancer, but the sunlight radiating though your kitchen window will be the cure. Our whole family is pouring love into the universe for you, and we are hopeful and positive that you will beat this. Your courage, strength and grace is an inspiration to us all. Much love to you Karyn, we'll see you soon!
Ted, Sasha, Elijah, and Eva
